2. What data do we collect?
a) Account data
When you sign up, we store your email address via Supabase Auth (hosted in EU, Frankfurt). This is required to provide the service — managing your subscription, delivering audit reports, and sending transactional emails (e.g. "Your audit is ready").

b) Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data directly. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, which we store to manage your plan and audit quota.

c) Audit data
When you run an audit, we store the URL you submitted, the audit results, and the generated report (HTML, PDF, JSON). Reports are stored on our server and linked to your account. Audit data is retained for 30 days after subscription cancellation.

d) Contact form
If you submit a message via the contact form, we store your name, email address, and message to respond to your inquiry.

3. How do we use your data?

4. Third-party processors
- Supabase (EU Frankfurt) — authentication and database

1. About the service
website-audit.ai is a subscription-based website auditing platform operated by ITR Konsult AB. The service analyzes websites across 24 dimensions and generates detailed audit reports.
2. Subscriptions and payment
Access to audits requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Each plan includes a fixed number of audits per billing cycle. Unused audits do not carry over to the next period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, reports remain accessible for 30 days. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher plan, your current subscription is canceled immediately and a new subscription begins. Remaining audits on the old plan do not carry over. No refund or credit is issued for unused time on the previous plan.
Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's quota until then. The lower price applies from your next billing date.
3. Audit reports
Audit reports are generated automatically based on automated analysis of publicly accessible website content. Reports are intended as informational guidance, not professional advice. 4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to overwhelm target websites through excessive auditing
- Resell or redistribute audit reports without attribution
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
5. Liability
ITR Konsult AB is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of information in audit reports. The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that audits will be error-free or that recommendations will achieve specific results.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms, update pricing, or discontinue the service at any time. Material changes to pricing or terms will be communicated to active subscribers via email before taking effect.
